Removing Coffee Stains

When it comes to removing coffee stains, it’s best to take a two-step approach. First, blot up as much of stain as possible with a cloth, making sure not to rub it in. Then, create a paste out of equal parts warm water and detergent (or baking soda and water). Apply the paste to the stain and let it sit for about 20 minutes before rinsing the area with cold water.

Getting Rid of Tea Stains

Removing tea stains is similar to removing coffee stains. Blot up as much liquid as possible and then apply a mixture of one part vinegar to two parts warm water. Leaving the solution on the stain for about 30 minutes should do the trick. Then rinse the area with cold water before air drying.

Additional Tips

  • It’s always best to apply stain removal solutions from the outside of your clothing item, as this will help to prevent additional staining.
  • After applying any type of cleaning solution, it’s important to rinse the area thoroughly to ensure that no residue is left behind.
  • Be sure to test any stain removal solution on an inconspicuous area of the clothing item before using it over stain.
