If don't want to be left with a pair of scruffy looking loafers due to a dreaded coffee or tea stain, don't despair! Removing these stains without damaging your shoes requires just a few quick steps.
Begin by using a soft cloth or cotton ball to gently blot area surrounding the stain. This will help remove any excess liquid that has settled on the leather.
In a small bowl, mix equal parts of white vinegar and baking soda together until it forms a thick paste. Apply paste onto the stain and leave it to sit for 5-10 minutes.
Once paste has had time to settle, use a damp cloth to rinse the paste off the leather, then use a dry cloth to remove any remaining moisture. Finally, let the loafers air dry completely before wearing.
By following these three simple steps, removing coffee or tea stains from loafers can be a breeze! It's always best to act quickly when dealing with stains, as allowing them to sit for too long may result in them becoming permanent.
