Start off by pre-washing your joggers with some cold water. If the stain is fresh, submerge it in a sink full of cold water and let it soak for a few minutes.
Next, apply a spot cleaner or stain remover, such as OxiClean, on affected area. Let it sit for about 10 minutes, then rinse off the product with lukewarm water.
Then, wash your joggers with a mild detergent in the washing machine. You can use a color-safe bleach as well, if you have white joggers, but make sure to dilute the bleach to avoid discoloration.
Finally, hang your joggers up or put them in the dryer for drying. Avoid using high heat during drying process, as this can further set the stain.
Coffee and tea stains can be tough to remove, but with right technique and a bit of persistence, you'll have your favorite joggers looking as good as new in no time.
