To get rid of coffee and tea stains from your flip-flops, start by soaking them in warm water for 10 minutes. This will help loosen any stubborn stains. For light-colored flip-flops, mix one part white vinegar with two parts water and pour into a spray bottle. Spray the solution onto the stained area and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then scrub gently with a clean cloth or toothbrush. Rinse off the solution with cold water and allow to air dry.
For darker-colored flip-flops, mix one part liquid dish soap with two parts hydrogen peroxide and shake to combine. Dip a rag or a brush into this solution and scrub the stained area. Rinse off with cold water and allow to air dry.
For extra tough stains, try mixing baking soda and water into a paste and spread it over the stained area. Scrub gently and let paste sit for 15 minutes. Rinse off the paste with cold water and allow to air dry.
For all of these methods, be sure to test them on a small area first to ensure they do not discolor the flip-flops. Additionally, avoid using abrasive brushes or sponges, as they could damage the material.
