Materials Needed

  • Clean towels
  • Dish soap
  • Baking soda
  • Hydrogen peroxide
  • White vinegar

Step 1: Blot Up Excess Liquid

If the stain is still wet, use a clean towel to blot up as much of the liquid as possible. Do not rub the fabric as this may cause stain to spread further.

Step 2: Make Spotting Solution

Mix together a few drops of dish soap and baking soda until it forms a paste. Apply the paste directly onto stain and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Step 3: Rinse and Repeat

Once spotting solution has set, rinse the camisole with cold water. If the stain remains, repeat steps 1-3. For tougher stains, mix together hydrogen peroxide and white vinegar and apply directly to the stain. Let mixture sit for 20 minutes before rinsing.

Step 4: Dry

Once stain has been removed, hang camisole outside or in an area where it can get plenty of air circulation. Do not put the camisole in the dryer as this could cause the stain to set.

Conclusion

Removing coffee and tea stains from your camisole doesn’t have to be a difficult task. With the right materials and the right methods, you can quickly and easily get rid of any pesky coffee and tea stains.
