What You Need
- White vinegar
- Baking soda
- Old toothbrush
- Sponge or cloth
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Mix one part white vinegar to two parts water in a bowl. Soak the stained area of the bra in the mixture for 15 minutes.
- Pour some baking soda into the stained area and rub it in with an old toothbrush. Be sure to cover the entire stain.
- Leave the baking soda on the stain for 10 minutes. This will help absorb any excess liquid.
- Once stain has been allowed to sit, rinse the area with cool water. Use a wet sponge or cloth to gently scrub the affected area.
- Once stain is gone, launder the bra as usual.
Additional Tips
- Always use cold water when washing bras to avoid shrinking.
- Never put bras in the dryer as heat can cause them to shrink or warp.
- If you don't have white vinegar on hand, you can try using lemon juice instead.
