When it comes to cleaning coffee and tea stains from Angora, there are several methods you can use depending on the severity of the stain. It's important to try the gentlest approach first before moving onto more powerful cleaning solutions.

Using Soap and Water

If the stain is relatively faint, you might be able to remove it with a mild soap and water solution. Use a sponge to apply the soapy mixture directly to the stain and rub gently in a circular motion. When you're finished, rinse off the soap with cold water and dry using a clean cloth.

Using Baking Soda and Vinegar

You can also use a mixture of baking soda and vinegar to clean coffee and tea stains from Angora. Combine equal parts of each and mix until it forms a paste. Gently rub paste onto the area of stain and leave it for 10 minutes or so before washing it out with cold water. Dry the Angora with a clean cloth afterwards.

Using Detergent and Bleach

If the stain is more stubborn, you might need to resort to a more powerful solution such as a mixture of detergent and bleach. Start by mixing two tablespoons of detergent and one tablespoon of bleach in a bowl of lukewarm water. Then, use a cloth to apply the mixture to stain and gently rub it in. Allow the mixture to sit for a few minutes before rinsing it off and drying the Angora with a clean cloth.

Conclusion

Remember to always test any cleaning solution on a small hidden area of fabric first to ensure it won’t damage the material. With these tips in mind, you should now be able to easily clean coffee and tea stains off of any Angora garment.
