How to Easily Remove Delicious Chocolate Stains from UGG Boots
Accidentally dropping chocolate on that favorite pair of UGG boots can be heartbreaking - but not all hope is lost! With the proper cleaning techniques, you can easily remove the stain from your shoes and get them looking good as new.

What You’ll Need
- Clean cloths
- Cold water or club soda
- Glycerin (optional)
- Dishwashing liquid
Steps for Removing Chocolate from UGGs
- If possible, immediately remove the chocolate from the UGGs. Take a clean cloth and scrape away at surface of boots to lift up as much of the chocolate as possible.
- Wet a clean cloth with cold water or club soda and gently blot at the chocolate-stained area. Continue to dab at the area until no more of the chocolate comes up.
- If stains remain, mix glycerin with a few drops of dishwashing liquid and apply it onto the stain with a cloth. Rub in circular motions until the entire stain is covered. Let the mixture sit for several minutes until it starts to dry.
- Take a fresh cloth and dampen it with cold water, then rub the stained area with the cloth until all of glycerin mixture is removed. Allow UGGs to dry completely.
Tips for Removing Chocolate from UGGs
- Always test any cleaning products in an inconspicuous area of the UGGs before using them on the entire stain.
- Always scrub gently when cleaning UGGs to avoid damaging the material.
- If the stain has set into the material, repeat the cleaning steps until it has been removed.
