No matter how careful you are with your favorite jacket, accidents can still happen. Whether you dropped a piece of chocolate on it or your child has had a sticky treat, chocolate stains can happen. When this does occur, it’s important to act quickly. Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Start by scraping off any excess chocolate from the garment with a spoon or a butter knife.
  2. Create a mixture of 1/3 white vinegar, 1/3 cold water, and 1/3 mild dish soap in a bowl or container.
  3. Dip a cloth in the mixture and dab at stain. Be careful not to rub or spread the stain further.
  4. Test the dampened area on an inconspicuous part of the garment to check for any discoloration.
  5. If there is none, continue dabbing stained area until stain has faded away.
  6. To finish it off, wash entire garment in cold water to remove any remaining traces of the mixture.

With these simple steps, you’ll be able to quickly and easily remove chocolate stains from your favorite jacket. Before you know it, it’ll look as good as new!
