Step 1: Blot the Stained Area

Grab a clean cloth and press it against the stained area. This will absorb some of the chocolate and prevent it from setting in. Pat gently, but be sure not to rub as this can spread the stain further.

Step 2: Prepare a Cleaning Solution

Mix 2 tablespoons of dish soap, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, and warm water into a bowl. Stir ingredients together with a spoon until they form a creamy mixture. Make sure to use a gentle dish soap to prevent degrading the material of the flip flops.

Step 3: Apply the Cleaning Solution

Use a clean, soft brush to apply the cleaning solution to the stained area. Work the liquid into the fabric of the shoe using circular motions. To avoid damaging the surface, scrub gently but firmly.

Step 4: Rinse with Warm Water

Once the stain has been removed, rinse with warm water. If there are still traces of stain left, repeat the process.

And that's it! With these simple steps, you can remove chocolate stains from your flip flops in no time.
