Before tackling any stain, make sure you have the right supplies. You'll need a bowl, some cold water, a detergent, white vinegar, an old toothbrush, and hydrogen peroxide.
Start by soaking the stained area in cold water with a little detergent for about 10 minutes. This will help loosen up the stain before you start scrubbing.
Once you've let the shirt soak, lay it out flat on a towel and gently blot the stain with a clean towel. This will help remove some of the chocolate and prevent it from spreading any farther.
Now create your stain removing solution. Combine one tablespoon of white vinegar, two tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide, and two tablespoons of detergent in a small bowl and mix until combined.
Dip an old toothbrush into the solution and brush it onto the stain. Let it sit for a few minutes, then rinse with cold water. Repeat this process until the stain has been removed.
Finally, launder the shirt as you normally would and check for any remaining stains. If any remain, repeat the steps above until the stain has completely disappeared.
