What You'll Need
- Baking soda
- White vinegar
- Liquid dish soap
- A soft cloth
- Small bowl
Step by Step Instructions
- Create a paste. In a small bowl, combine baking soda with white vinegar until it forms a paste. The mixture should be thick enough so that it doesn’t run off the cloth when you apply it.
- Apply the paste. Using a soft cloth, carefully apply the paste directly onto stain. Make sure to press firmly to ensure the paste fully covers stain.
- Let it sit. Allow the paste to sit for 1 to 2 hours so that it can start to break up the chocolate particles.
- Rinse off the paste. Using cold water and a soft cloth, rinse off the paste. Do not rub vigorously, as this may cause the chocolate to spread even more.
- Wash the dress. Put your bodycon dress in the washing machine with liquid detergent and cold water. Let it go through a normal spin cycle and then hang the dress up to dry.
