If the blood stain is fresh, dab the stain with cold water and a soft cloth. Then soak the area in cold water using laundry detergent.
If the stain has been there for some time, use an oxygen-bleach like sodium percarbonate, and make a paste with it - add it to the stain and let it sit for 15 minutes. After that's done, wash the item on its own in cold water and laundry detergent.
In addition to these methods, you can also use a gentle stain remover as well. Make sure to read the instructions on the bottle carefully before applying it.
Once the stain is gone, rinse the area with cold water until all the detergent is gone. Be sure to air-dry the Versace, as heat can set the stain in.
