The first step is to soak the affected area of the thong in warm water. This will help to loosen up stain and make it easier to remove later on. Let the thong sit in the warm water for around 20 minutes before moving onto step two.
Once the thong has soaked for around 20 minutes, you can now apply dish soap to the area with stain. Using a soft cloth, gently rub the soap into the stain until it is fully saturated. Allow soap to sit for 10 minutes before rinsing it off with cold water.
Now that you have removed as much of the stain as possible with the dish soap, it's time to apply white vinegar to the area. Pour a small amount of vinegar onto a clean cloth and gently blot the area with the stain. Let the vinegar sit for 10 minutes before rinsing it off with cold water.
Finally, the last step is to machine wash the thong. Make sure to use a gentle cycle and ensure that the thong is washed on its own. If necessary, add a small amount of detergent to the load. Once the cycle is complete, hang the thong up to air dry.
Removing blood stains from a thong doesn't have to be a daunting task. With the four simple steps outlined above, you can have your thong looking like new in no time. Good luck!
