When it comes to cleaning blood stains off sports bras, the key is to act quickly. The longer you wait, the harder it will be to remove the stain. Make sure to use cold water, as hot water may set the stain in place.
The best way to get rid of blood stains is to create a paste by mixing a 1:1 ratio of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. Make sure to use only a few drops of hydrogen peroxide, as too much can damage the fabric.
Once the paste is ready, apply it to the stained area and gently rub with a soft cloth. Allow the mixture to sit for about 20 minutes before rinsing.
When you’re done, rinse the area with cold water. For best results, hang the sports bra outdoors and let air dry. Do not put the sports bra in the dryer as this can cause the stain to set.
By following these steps, you should be able to get rid of those nasty blood stains on your sports bras. Good luck!
