When a blood stain appears on your shirt, the first thing you should do is treat it as soon as possible. The longer the stain sits, the harder it will be to remove. Once you have identified the stain, follow these steps for how to clean it:

  • Soak the fabric in cold water for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Create a mixture of detergent and hydrogen peroxide and apply it directly to the stain.
  • Allow the mixture to sit for 20 minutes before using a brush to scrub it gently.
  • Rinse the fabric in cold water before washing it in washing machine as normal.

In some cases, you may need to repeat these steps several times in order to completely remove the stain. You should also note that hydrogen peroxide can weaken fabrics, so it should only be used sparingly when necessary. If the stain is still present after the first attempt, try soaking fabric in white vinegar or another chemical cleaner before repeating the steps listed above.

By following these simple steps, you'll be able to easily remove even the toughest blood stains. Just remember to act quickly and use the right techniques, and your shirts will be back to looking fresh in no time!
