- Mix 1 teaspoon of laundry detergent with half a cup of cold water. Apply mixture to stain and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Rinse area with cold water again and then dab at the stain with a clean paper towel.
- If the stain is still visible, mix 1 tablespoon of oxygen bleach and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar with half a cup of cold water. Soak the stain in this mixture for 10 minutes.
- Rinse the area with cold water and then pat it dry with a clean paper towel.
- If the stain is still visible, apply a small amount of nail polish remover to a cotton swab and blot the stain, starting from the outside and working towards the center.
- Rinse the area with cold water and then pat it dry with a clean paper towel.
