Easy Steps for Removing Blood Stains from Marcella
- Start by applying cold water to stain as soon as possible. This will prevent blood from setting in.
- Once the stain is damp, use a spoon or a blunt knife to carefully scrape away any dried bits of blood. Be sure not to rub or scrub hard in order not to damage the fabric.
- Blot damp area gently with a clean cloth or paper towel, transferring the stain onto the absorbent material.
- If the stain still remains, thing about soaking the fabric in cool water for up to an hour before repeating steps two and three.
- Treat stain with a laundry pre-treatment product according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Launder the item as normal following the washing instructions.
