What You Need
- Cold water
- Detergent
- Paper towels or a clean white cloth
How to Remove Blood Stains
- Start by dabbing the affected area with cold water, being careful not to spread the stain.
- Mix up a solution of detergent with warm water and apply it to the affected area.
- Gently scrub the stained area with a paper towel or a clean white cloth. For tough stains, you may need to use a brush.
- Rinse the area with cold water and check for any remaining stain. Repeat steps 2-4 if needed.
- Once the stain is gone, put the hoodie in the wash using the hottest water that is safe for the fabric.
Tips & Tricks
- If stain persists, try using equal parts of hydrogen peroxide and liquid detergent.
- For dried blood stains, you may have to pre-soak the fabric for a few minutes before following the steps above.
