Steps to Remove Blood Stains from Headbands

  1. Blot the stain: Take a clean white cloth and press it against the stained area to absorb as much of stain as possible.
  2. Create a cleaning solution: Mix one part white vinegar with three parts warm water in a bowl. Stir until blended.
  3. Soak the headband: Dip the stained portion of the headband into mixture and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Scrub the stain: Create a paste by mixing one part baking soda with two parts warm water. Use a cotton swab to scrub the stained area with the paste.
  5. Rinse the headband: Rinse the headband thoroughly under warm running water.
  6. Check for remaining stain: If any stain remains, apply a small amount of liquid detergent directly to the stained area and scrub with a clean white cloth. Repeat steps 4 and 5 until the stain is gone.
