What You'll Need

  • Mild detergent (like dish soap)
  • Soft cloth
  • White vinegar

Step 1: Apply Detergent

Using a soft cloth, apply a small amount of mild detergent directly to the blood stain. Gently scrub the area to remove any dirt or other debris. Once cleaned, rinse goggles with warm water and a soft cloth.

Step 2: Apply Vinegar

Once the area has been rinsed, apply a few drops of white vinegar to the stained area. Allow the vinegar to sit for 5-10 minutes before gently scrubbing the spot once again. Rinse the goggles with warm water and a soft cloth after scrubbing.

Step 3: Air-dry Goggles

Once the goggles have been cleaned and rinsed, allow them to air-dry in a well-ventilated area. Make sure the goggles are completely dry before using them again. This will ensure that no residue is left behind on lenses.
