Steps to Cleaning a Blood Stain From Duchesse Lace
- Use a dark-colored cloth to blot up as much of the excess blood as possible.
- Rinse the stained area with cold water and blot the excess liquid with the cloth.
- Create a solution of mild liquid detergent and cold water, and dab affected area.
- Mix 1 teaspoon of white vinegar and 1 teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide in 1/4 cup of cold water.
- Using a soft-bristle brush, rub this solution into stained area and rinse with cold water.
- Create a soapy mixture using a few drops of dish soap and half a cup of cold water. Rub this onto the stain with the brush.
