The first step for cleaning any kind of stain is to remove as much of the excess moisture as possible. Start by using a clean towel to blot the blood stained area. Don't rub or scrub the stain since this may spread the stain further.
After you have blotted the area, make a solution of warm water and a mild detergent like dish soap. Mix 2 cups of warm water with one teaspoon of detergent, then dip a clean rag into the solution.
Use the damp cloth to gently rub the stain with the detergent solution. Be careful to not scrub too hard or use too much pressure which could damage the fabric of the shoe. Just apply gentle pressure to help loosen the stain.
After the stain has been removed, rinse area with cold water and use a dry towel to blot the area dry. If the stain still persists, repeat steps 2 and 3 until it has been completely removed.
If the stain is still stubborn, you may want to use a specialized shoe cleaner such as the Adidas 3-Stripes Shoe Cleaner. Apply the cleaner to the affected area and use a damp cloth to rub the area in a circular motion. Rinse with cold water and let shoe air dry.
