Whether you stepped in a puddle of berry juice or spilled a whole cupful on your favorite pair of Vans shoes, don't fret – there's a way to safely remove the stains without damaging the material. Here are a few methods you can use to effectively clean berry stains from your Vans shoes:

  • Use a damp cloth – Dip a clean cloth in some warm soapy water and gently dab the stain. Take care not to rub too hard as this could damage the fabric.
  • Mix rubbing alcohol and water – Mix equal parts rubbing alcohol and water together and apply it to stain using a cotton ball or Q-tip. Then, let the area air dry, then dab with a damp cloth.
  • Try liquid detergent – Apply a small amount of liquid detergent directly to the stain and work it in with a cloth. Wait 15 minutes then rinse with cold water.
  • Use white vinegar – Make a solution of one part white vinegar to two parts water and dab it onto the stain. Allow it to sit for 15 minutes, then rinse with cold water.

When you're done cleaning the stain, make sure to let the shoes air dry in a well-ventilated area and away from direct sunlight. Do not attempt to dry the shoes with a hairdryer or put them in the dryer as this could damage the fabric.

Once the shoes have completely dried, your trusty Vans will be as good as new and ready for your next adventure. So now you know the secret to removing berry stains from your Vans – easy as pie!
