If the berry stain is fresh and still wet, act fast! You'll want to flush stained area immediately with cold water. This will help dilute the stain and prevent it from setting in.
If the berry stain has had time to settle into your top, you will want to make a paste using a mixture of mild soap, water and baking soda. Rub paste onto affected area and let it sit for about 10 minutes before washing it away. For tougher stains, add some white vinegar to the paste.
If you don't have any luck removing the berry stain with baking soda and vinegar, commercial stain removers can do the trick. Simply dissolve the powder in warm water and soak your top in the solution for about an hour. Then, launder as usual.
