How to clean berry stains from sari:
- Soak the stained area in cold water for about an hour.
- Mix 1 tablespoon of dishwashing liquid with 2 cups of warm water.
- Apply the solution to the stain, using a soft-bristled brush to scrub gently.
- Rinse the area with cold water, making sure to get rid of all traces of the solution.
- Repeat process until the stain is completely gone.
- If the stain still remains, try soaking it in a solution of white vinegar and water (1 part vinegar to 3 parts water) for 15 minutes, then rinse it with cold water.
- If all else fails, take the garment to a dry cleaner as soon as possible.
