Mix together 1/4 cup Oxyclean powder and 1/4 cup cold water in a small bowl. Stir until all the powder is dissolved.
Dampen a sponge or cloth with the solution you made and apply it directly to the stained area of your rash guard. Let it sit for about five minutes before washing.
Rinse the rash guard with cold running water and then wash it in your machine on normal cycle with warm water. For best results, add 1/2 cup of Oxyclean with your regular detergent.
Once washing machine cycle has finished, hang your rash guard up to air dry.
