Start by taking a white cloth and blotting the stain lightly with it. The goal is to absorb as much moisture out of the pillow as possible without spreading the stain further.
Mix a few drops of liquid dish soap with warm water and wet the cloth with this solution. Try not to saturate the pillow; just use enough to dampen the cloth.
Start blotting the stain with the damp cloth. Do this gently and keep adding more soap solution as needed. Blot instead of rubbing; this will avoid spreading the stain further.
Rinse the area with cold water. This will help rinse away the soap solution.
Take a sponge and soak it in hydrogen peroxide. Gently dab the stain with sponge and let it sit for a few minutes. The hydrogen peroxide should help remove any remaining stains.
Rinse area with cold water again to remove any remaining hydrogen peroxide. Be sure to rinse thoroughly.
Mix baking soda and vinegar together to create a paste. Spread the paste on the stained area and let sit for about 10 minutes. This should help to remove any remaining staining.
Rinse the area again with cold water and then dry with a clean cloth. Your pillow should be looking good as new!
