What You'll Need:

  • Dishwashing liquid or laundry detergent
  • Cold water
  • White cloth or paper towels
  • Hair Dryer (optional)

Instructions:

  1. As soon as the berry stain is noticed, use a white cloth or paper towel to blot the stain in order to lift excess moisture from the fabric.
  2. Mix one teaspoon of dishwashing liquid or laundry detergent into two cups of cold water.
  3. Using a clean white cloth, dip part of the cloth in the solution and lightly dab the stained area, making sure to not over wet the fabric.
  4. Use a new portion of the cloth to rinse the area with cold clean water.
  5. If the stain remains, repeat steps 3-4 until the stain has been removed.
  6. Once the stain is gone, use the low heat setting of the hair dryer to help speed up the drying time.
  7. Once the fabric is completely dry, launder items according to the care label instructions.
