Materials Needed
- Paper Towels
- Dish Soap
- White Vinegar
- Toothbrush
- Water
Instructions
- If the stain is fresh, use a paper towel to dab out as much of the liquid as possible.
- Mix a few drops of dish soap and white vinegar into a bowl of warm water.
- Soak a toothbrush or other scrub brush into mixture and use it to lightly scrub the stained area.
- Rinse off the soap and vinegar mixture with clean water.
- Repeat until stain is removed.
Additional Tips
- If the berry stain persists, apply a laundry detergent specifically designed to remove stains before laundering the pants.
- Machine washing alone may not completely erase stain. Spot cleaning may be necessary.
- When spot cleaning, remember to use only cold water, warm water can set in some stains.
