When it comes to cleaning berry stains, the key is to act quickly, as older stains are much more difficult to remove. Immediately rinse the area with cold water, then fill a bowl with warm water and a few drops of mild detergent. Soak the joggers for about half an hour, and then rinse them again with cold water. This should take care of any light berry stains.
For tougher stains, you’ll want to use a combination of baking soda, vinegar, and laundry detergent. Start by sprinkling baking soda on affected areas, and then dilute some white vinegar in a 2:1 water-to-vinegar solution. Pour the mixture over the stains, and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Next, add a tablespoon of laundry detergent to a bowl of warm water, and soak the joggers for another 30 minutes. Finally, rinse with cold water and launder as normal.
When it comes to removing stubborn berry stains, patience is key – you may need to repeat the process a few times to get the desired results. When done correctly, however, you’ll be able to restore the look of your joggers and have them looking like new again!
