Begin by blotting the stain gently with a damp cloth or paper towel. Be careful not to rub the stain, as this may cause the stain to spread. Do not use any chemical solvents or solvents with alcohol content as these can damage the material of the bag.
Make a cleaning solution with three parts warm water and one part white vinegar. This gentle solution is safe to use on all types of genuine leather. Dip a clean cloth into the solution and wring out the excess liquid. Use the damp cloth to gently blot the stained area.
Allow the area to air dry. Do not use a hair dryer, as this could cause the leather to crack. Once the area is completely dry, you may use a leather conditioner to restore leather’s appearance.
