To get started, make a cleaning solution by mixing together equal parts white vinegar and water. If you don't have white vinegar, you can use distilled vinegar instead. You'll only need a small amount of this solution, so feel free to adjust the proportions according to the size of the stain on your goggles.
Once you've prepared the cleaning solution, grab a soft cloth or cotton swab and dip it into the mixture. Then, gently apply it to the stained area on the lenses. Once you're finished, let solution sit for a few minutes to break down the stain.
Once the solution is finished working, rinse off the area with warm water. After that, dry off the lenses with a soft, lint-free cloth. Don't rub too hard, as this may cause scratches.
If the first application wasn't enough to get stain completely removed, repeat the steps until the stain is gone.
