  • White vinegar
  • Dishwashing liquid
  • Toothbrush
  • Clean cloth
  • Laundry detergent

Step-by-step Instructions

  1. Mix equal parts white vinegar and water together in a bowl.
  2. Add a few drops of dishwashing liquid to the solution.
  3. Dip your toothbrush into the mixture and gently scrub the stained area on the flip flops.
  4. Rinse off flip flop using clean water and then blot dry with a clean cloth.
  5. Soak the flip flops in a bucket filled with warm water mixed with laundry detergent for 1-2 hours.
  6. Rinse the flip flops with clean water and allow them to air dry completely before wearing.

Tips

  • Be gentle when scrubbing to avoid damaging the fabric of the flip flops.
  • If stain persists, try mixing baking soda and water together and scrubbing the stain with the same toothbrush.
