Coveralls are one of your best defenses against these elements, but they can quickly become stained with berry juices and residue. Since many coveralls are made of polyester or polycotton blends, cleaning off berry stains can be tricky. But never fear! With a few simple items, you can have your coveralls looking like new again.

What You’ll Need

  • White vinegar
  • Water
  • Oxygen-based laundry detergent
  • Cloth

How to Clean Berry Stains from Coveralls

  1. Mix a solution of one part white vinegar and two parts water in a spray bottle.
  2. Gently spray the stained area of the coveralls with vinegar solution.
  3. Let the vinegar solution sit on the stained area for several minutes before wiping it off with a dry cloth.
  4. If any stain remains, scrub at area gently with a cloth dampened with vinegar solution.
  5. Once stain has been removed, wash the coveralls according to manufacturer’s instructions using an oxygen-based laundry detergent.

By following these steps, you can successfully remove berry stains from your coveralls. So don't despair if you find yourself with a stained pair of coveralls—a little elbow grease and white vinegar go a long way!
