Having a stain on your favorite ballet flats can be frustrating, especially if it's a stain that is particularly difficult to get rid of. Berry stains are one such type that can be especially pesky, but fear not – there is a way to clean them off without having to invest in expensive cleaning products.

First off, gather the following items:

  • Dish soap
  • White vinegar
  • A toothbrush
  • Paper towels

Once you have all of these items together, begin the process of removing the berry stain from the ballet flats by following these steps:

  • 1. Create a Mix: In a small bowl, combine 1 teaspoon of white vinegar with 1 teaspoon of dish soap. Stir the ingredients together until they create a paste-like substance.
  • 2. Apply the Paste: Use the toothbrush to apply the paste to the stain. Make sure to gently scrub it into the material so that it covers the entire surface of stain.
  • 3. Let Sit: Allow the paste to sit on the stain for about 10 minutes or so.
  • 4. Rinse: When the time has elapsed, use a damp cloth to rinse away the paste. You may need to repeat steps 2 and 3 if the stain is still visible after the first try.
  • 5. Blot Dry: Use paper towels to blot away any remaining moisture from the ballet flats. Make sure not to rub too vigorously, as this can damage the material.

By following these steps, you should now have a pair of berry-stain free ballet flats!
