Don’t panic! Learning how to get rid of these stains isn’t difficult and there are a few ways in which you can do it. Here are the steps to help you clean your McQueen piece without damaging it or lightening its colour.
Step 1: Blot Any Excess Juice Quickly with a Towel
The first and the most important thing that needs to be done is to soak up the excess berry juice from the dainty fabric. To do this, use a white towel or cloth and place it over the stain area. Put a little pressure on the towel and gently blot away the excess liquid.
Step 2: Mix The Stain Remover
Mix a mild detergent with lukewarm water to make a gentle stain remover that does not contain bleach. Use a sponge in order to apply the mixture to the stained fabric. Let it sit for a few minutes before you proceed to the next step.
Step 3: Rinse With Cold Water
Now, rinse the stained part of the fabric with cold water. Remember to use a damp cloth instead of rubbing it harshly as this may damage the delicate fabric.
Step 4: Dry and Repeat as Needed
Once you’re done rinsing the fabric, dry it with a dry towel. If needed, repeat steps until the stain has faded away completely.
