Accidentally spilling BBQ sauce on your favorite sweatshirt can be a real bummer. But don't despair — there are a few methods you can use to quickly and efficiently get stain out! Here's what you'll need:

  • A bowl of cold water
  • Liquid detergent
  • White vinegar
  • Paper towels
  • A brush

Now that you have everything you need, here's how to tackle that BBQ stain:

  1. Gently blot the stain with a paper towel to remove as much of the BBQ sauce as possible.
  2. Create a mixture of liquid detergent and cold water, then soak the stained area for 10 minutes.
  3. Rinse the area with cold water, then bloat with paper towels again.
  4. If the stain remains, mix 1 part white vinegar with 2 parts cold water and use a brush to scrub the stained area for 15-20 seconds.
  5. Re-rinse the area with cold water, then lay the garment flat on top of a clean towel and press down with another clean towel to absorb moisture.
  6. Allow to air dry completely.

And there you have it — your favorite sweatshirt is now free of BBQ sauce stains!
