Removing Fresh Stains:

  • Blot the stain with a paper towel or white cloth – don’t rub or scrub.
  • Rinse the stained area with cold water and let the fabric air dry.
  • If stain remains, try dabbing a small amount of liquid laundry detergent.
  • Keep dabbing the area gently with the damp cloth until the stain lifts.
  • Rinse the area with cold water and let fabric air dry.

Removing Set-In Stains:

  • Mix together one part white vinegar and two parts cold water in a bowl or container.
  • Dab the mixture onto the stain with a clean, white cloth – again, don’t rub or scrub.
  • Let the mixture sit for several minutes before blotting the area dry with a paper towel.
  • If stain remains, try dabbing a small amount of liquid laundry detergent.
  • Keep dabbing the area gently with the damp cloth until stain lifts.
  • Rinse the area with cold water and let the fabric air dry.
