Steps to Remove BBQ Sauce Stains from Mohair
- Start by scraping off any excess sauce from the fabric with a butter knife or spoon. Blot stain with a paper towel or an old towel to absorb as much sauce as possible.

- Then sprinkle a pinch of salt over the area and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
- After the salt has had time to absorb the stain, pour a capful of liquid laundry detergent over the area. Scrub area gently with another cotton swab.
- Next, dampen a clean cloth with cool water to rinse the area. Blot dry with a paper towel.
- If stain still remains, repeat Steps 2–5 until the stain is gone.
