Using a dull knife or the back of a spoon, gently scrape away any solid pieces of BBQ sauce that have dried on surface of your Marcella.
Blot the area with a dry cloth to remove as much of the remaining sauce as possible. Work from outside in, to avoid spreading the stain further.
Once you have removed as much of sauce as you can, soak the area with warm water and laundry detergent for 10-15 minutes. The detergent will help break down the remaining BBQ sauce.
Once area has soaked, use a soft brush to agitate the fibers of the fabric. This will help lift any remaining sauce.
Rinse area with cool water and blot with a dry cloth to remove excess moisture.
Lay the item flat in an area where it can air dry. Once it is completely dry, check for any remaining stain and repeat the process as necessary.
