What You'll Need

  • Laundry detergent with enzymes
  • Baking soda
  • White distilled vinegar
  • Soft brush or cloth

Instructions

  1. Turn the stained garment inside out and rinse the spot with cold water as soon as possible. This will help remove excess sauce and minimize the stain.
  2. Create a solution of laundry detergent containing enzymes and cold water. Let the garment soak in this solution for at least 15 minutes.
  3. If the stain persists after soaking, add some baking soda and vinegar to solution and let it soak for another 5 minutes.
  4. Rinse garment and then use a soft brush to gently scrub the stained area.
  5. Rinse again and repeat the process until the stain is completely gone.
  6. Wash the garment with cold water according to the care instructions on tag.

Tips

  • Always read care instructions on the label before attempting to clean your Lacoste apparel, as different fabrics may require different cleaning methods.
  • The sooner you treat the stain, the easier it will be to remove.
  • Be careful not to spread the stain further while trying to remove it.
