In order to ensure that certain cleaning methods won’t damage fabric of your joggers, always test any cleaning solution on a hidden area first. This may be behind the leg or under a pocket. If you do not see any discoloration after spot-testing, you can proceed with using the cleaning agent for the affected area.
Mix one tablespoon of laundry detergent with half a cup of hot water. Gently dab (do not rub) the fabric of your joggers with the mixture until the stain is saturated. Let the detergent mixture work its magic for 10-15 minutes before rinsing with warm water.
Mix two tablespoons of baking soda and enough hydrogen peroxide to form a paste. Cover stained area with paste and gently rub in a circular motion. Leave it to sit for 10 minutes, then rinse off with warm water. For stubborn stains, repeat until the marks have disappeared.
