You will need:
Fill the spray bottle with the distilled white vinegar and spritz the stained area of the clothing. Allow the vinegar to sit on the stain for 10 minutes.
Apply the liquid detergent or dish soap to the stained area and rub gently into fabric with a cleaning cloth. Allow the detergent to work into the stain for a few minutes before washing.
Read the clothing care label to determine the best washing method for the clothing. For most J Jill items, you can machine wash on the delicate cycle with cool water. Air dry the clothing.
If the stain has not been completely removed after the first treatment, repeat steps 1-4 until the stain is gone.
With some pre-treatment and the right detergent, removing BBQ sauce stains from J Jill clothing is a simple task. Always read the care label before washing the item to ensure proper cleaning.
