How to Clean off BBQ Sauce Stains
- If stain is fresh, start by gently brushing away any excess sauce using a soft brush.
- Next, make a soapy solution by mixing warm water with a mild detergent or soap. Note: avoid using harsh cleaning products or bleaches as these can damage the material of your shoe.
- With a clean cloth, apply the soapy solution directly onto the stain and let it soak for a few minutes.
- Once finished, rinse the area with clean water using a second cloth. Make sure that the cloth is free of excess water before wiping the area dry.
- If stain is still visible, try dabbing some nail polish remover onto affected area using a clean cloth. Scrub lightly and rinse one last time with warm water.
