How to Easily Get Barbecue Sauce Stains Out of Your Capris
Barbecue sauce is delicious and perfect accompaniment for many dishes. But if you ever manage to get a splatter on your capris, don't fret! Here's how to easily clean it off.

What You'll Need
- White vinegar
- A damp cloth or white paper towels
- Baking soda
- An old toothbrush
- A washing machine
Instructions
- Mix one part water to one part white vinegar in a bowl.
- Take a damp cloth or white paper towel and dip it in the solution.
- Gently blot stained area with the solution.
- Sprinkle baking soda over the stained area. Rub it in gently with an old toothbrush.
- Allow the baking soda to sit on the stain for a few minutes.
- Rinse the area with cold water.
- Wash the capris normally in the washing machine.
Tips and Warnings
- Do not put the capris in the dryer until the stain is completely gone.
- If the stain is still present after drying, repeat steps 1-6.
- Be sure to use white vinegar and white paper towels/cloths, as colored versions may worsen the stain.
