Start by blotting the stain with a clean cloth before attempting any other type of cleaning treatment. This will help absorb excess liquid and prevent the stain from spreading.
Mix some liquid laundry detergent, preferably a mild one, with warm water in a bowl. Dip a clean cloth into the solution and dab at the stained area. Rinse the cloth often as you work so no detergent residue is left on fabric.
Be sure to read the manufacturer's instructions for proper use and dilution, but basically, you'll need to mix oxygen-based bleach (also known as a color-safe bleach) with warm water. Immerse the stained area of the alpaca in the solution and let it soak for about 30 minutes.
After removing the garment from the soak, gently rub the stained area between your fingers to make sure the bleaching solution has done its job. Rinse the fabric thoroughly, then launder it in cold water with similar colors, per the fabric's care instructions.
