Steps to Remove Adhesive Tape Stains from T-shirts
- Start by gathering the materials you will need: rubbing alcohol or hairspray, a cloth or paper towel, and a clean white cloth for blotting.
- Lay the t-shirt down flat on a clean surface. Make sure stained area is facing up.
- Pour a small amount of the rubbing alcohol or hairspray on the stained area and then let it sit for a few minutes.
- Once it has sat, use a cloth or paper towel to gently rub the stain in a circular motion.
- Continue to rub until the stain has been removed. If it doesn't come out immediately, try using a little more rubbing alcohol or hairspray and continue rubbing.
- Once the stain has been removed, take the clean white cloth and lightly dab it on the area to remove the excess rubbing alcohol or hairspray.
- Finally, wash the t-shirt and hang it to dry.
