- Start by applying a small amount of liquid laundry detergent directly onto adhesive tape stain. Gently scrub the area with a soft-bristled brush in circular motions for a few minutes.
- To loosen the adhesive residue, combine one part white vinegar with one part water and pour it onto stain.
- Allow the mixture to rest on the stain for 10 minutes before blotting it with a dry cloth.
- If the stain persists, sprinkle baking soda directly onto the stain and rub it with brush in circular motions. Let it sit for an hour before blotting it away.
