Gloves can look quite stylish and fashionable, however, sometimes they get stained with leftover adhesive from tape. Down below are 7 easy steps to help get rid of these stains!
Materials Needed
- A bowl of warm water
- Degreaser such as dish soap
- Soft-bristled brush
- Sponge or cloth
- Clean towel
- Rubbing alcohol (optional)
Instructions
- First, fill a bowl with warm water and add a drop or two of degreaser (dish soap would work).
- Mix together until the water is soapy.
- Soak your gloves into the bowl for 5-10 minutes.
- Take out your gloves and using a soft-bristled brush, gently brush off any remaining adhesive residue.
- Wipe any remaining residue off with a sponge or cloth soaked in the soapy water.
- If any adhesive stains still remain, dab some rubbing alcohol onto stain and rub it in with a cloth.
- Finally, dry your gloves off with a clean towel.
Once you've finished those steps, your gloves should be free of those stubborn adhesive tape stains!
